1.機床在用戶使（shǐ）用過程（chéng）中，發現質量問題，在（zài）接到（dào）用戶通知後，48小（xiǎo）時內做出答複，72小（xiǎo）時派維（wéi）修人員到達用戶現場，並做到故障不排除維修人員不撤離現場；
2.機床保修（xiū）期為12個月，在保修期內供方將免維修（xiū）和_換屬於質量原因造（zào）成（chéng）的零部件，保修期外（wài）零（líng）部件的損壞，提供的配件隻收成本費（fèi）。由需方人（rén）為因（yīn）素造成的設備（bèi）損壞（huài），供方維修或提供的配件均按成本計價（jià）；
3.為_及時為用戶解決機床問題（tí），我公司（sī）已為之建立了體係完整、功能_的銷售、售後服務網絡，_在較（jiào）短的時間內為用戶（hù）解除後顧之憂；
